There is no right answer, in my opinion, only the wrong ones. Say some short and positive answer.

How do accept criticism?

This question is asked to understand the HR how open you are to be told what to do.

How do you prefer to work in a team or alone?

HR is asking if you are a team player.

How do you get along with people from different nationalities?

Usually, this question is asked when the workplace is full of different nationalities people and HR wants to know if you will fit in.

If I ask your current employer about you how he/she will describe you?

My advice is, to be honest in your answer.
