According to Mrs. Ioanna Koutrouvi, Managing Director of SPSS BI Greece S.A., a new era in Predictive Analytics has arrived for the Bulgarian market, with the establishment of SPSS BI Bulgaria.

SPSS’s presentation took place at Radisson Blu Hotel on Wednesday, the 13th of April. The “Yellow Meeting Room was packed with executives from various industries, such as Telecommunications, Banking, Retail, Insurance, Healthcare, Academic, Public Sector and others.
During her presentation, Mrs. Ioanna Koutrouvi made clear that the market’s need for a local presence led the mother company to establish its local subsidiary. SPSS BI BULGARIA EOOD will soon have its own Sales Manager based in Sofia and the mother company is planning to grow further the subsidiary’s team with experienced executives, who will be strongly supported by the Greek highly specialized Consulting/Services team and Marketing department.

The event closed with a panel discussion, in which Mrs. Ioanna Koutrouvi, Associate Professor Plamen Mateev at Sofia University, Mr. Ivan Voynov, CRM & segmentation Head at DSK bank, Ms. Tsveta Chervenova, Risk Modeling Unit Manager at UBB and Mrs. Lena Paraskevopoulou, Data Mining Expert, shared their experiences in the field of Predictive Analytics. The audience participated with comments and questions, in an interactive discussion which intrigued everyone.
